In 1974, Converse introduced a low-top suede variant of their iconic Chuck Taylor All Star with a single star logo- the One Star sneaker. This design resurged in the early '90s, and skyrocketed in the skateboarding scene due to its skate-ready design. The One Star Pro now offers optimized boardfeel and protection with a CONS traction rubber outsole and molded CX sockliner. Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping options:

  • Economy: 4–7 business days via UPS/USPS
  • Standard: 3–5 business days via UPS/USPS
  • Express: 2–3 business days via UPS (order by noon ET for same-day processing)
  • Priority: 1–2 business days via UPS (order by noon ET for same-day processing)

Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Note: We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also track your order on the Order Confirmation Page or your Account section.

If you don't see tracking updates for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at info@kcdcskateshop.com.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right. If we are not notified of the product issues within the 14 day window after the customer received it, we are not liable for replacing the damaged items. 

Please also note that we are not responsible for damage caused by factory error or damage that occurs in transit. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sometimes, carriers mark packages as "Delivered" when they are still in transit. If you don’t receive your package within 4 business days of the carrier's "Delivered" status, check your delivery area and contact your delivery carrier.

Important: KCDC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "Delivered." If you believe your package is still in transit, please file a claim with the carrier directly.

Merchandise Details & Policies

  • Stock & Authenticity: All items are in stock and 100% authentic. However, we are human and do occasionally experience errors in inventory. You will be notified if an item you purchased is out of stock and will have an option to refund/exchange your item.
  • Order Cancellations: Contact us ASAP to cancel an order. Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
  • Final Sale Items: Pre-assembled skateboards, sale items, opened packaging, shoes without boxes, gift cards, mystery items, and limited-edition Nike SB products are non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
    To start a return, contact us at info@kcdcskateshop.com. You will receive a return label and instructions once approved. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Once the return is received and approved, you can expect to receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We typically do not offer exchanges on online orders. To exchange, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
  • Damages: Inspect your order immediately. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or replacement.

Return Shipments

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days, but may take longer depending on your bank or card issuer. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at info@kcdcskateshop.com.

International Shipping & Customs

  • Import Fees: International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Customs Refusals: If a package is refused at customs and destroyed, no refund will be issued. If it’s returned to us, we will refund the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Brokerage Fees (Canada/Mexico): Orders over $20 may be subject to an additional brokerage fee. Fees are:
    • $10 for orders between $20-$200
    • $44.25 for orders between $200-$350
    • $49.70 for orders between $350-$500

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for international orders. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

We are unable to ship products from the following brands internationally:
