What’s better than a stunning photograph of a naked lady on a skate deck? How about getting that skate deck signed by the photographer and the girl? On July 23rd, KCDC Skateshop will bring Ellen Stagg and Penthouse Pet Justine Joli to their happy hour at Motor City. The two will be on hand to sell and sign the Living Proof Magazine x Ellen Stagg skate decks adorned with the lovely derriere of Justine Joli . Come on out, have some drinks, and have your deck fondled and autographed by the two ladies. And, you don’t have to pay shipping for a deck! Sounds like a perfect day to me.
“Documentation will always be a big part of skateboarding. More so than any other sport, there is an aspiration to produce images that will contribute to and further its evolution. Skateboarding is a constant progression, but there is alsp a growing respect in the community for the history of skating. And while the current generation will quickly master what has happened before, each wave of skaters ultimately aims to bring the sport to new heights. We coomunicate this progression to one another through still and moving images. It is our great privilege to share these images that have preserved our history and fuel our progress.” - Andre Razo /// Alex Corporan /// Ivory Serra

Just into the shop are the “Born In The U.S.A” Quickstrike Nike SB Dunk High. The Nike SB Dunk High QS “Born in the U.S.A” draws inspiration from Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the U.S.A album cover which features ‘The Boss’ in some jeans standing in front of the American flag. Therefore, a light blue denim texture makes up the majority of this Dunk, and a red denim Swoosh also adds to its Springsteen approach. Stars and stripes are noticeable on the top of the heel and tongue logo.
