HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP NIKE SB DUNKS?

Shipping for Nike SB Dunks will take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days.

KCDC reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud. If your order is canceled, it is because our system flagged the transaction as a high risk for potential fraud.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Your order may have been canceled due to our system flagging it as high risk for potential fraud, or if multiple orders were placed under the same name within a 24-hour timeframe.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM BECOMES UNAVAILABLE AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES FOR NIKE SB DUNK ORDERS?

Discount codes are invalid for Nike SB Dunk orders. Any orders processed with discount codes will be canceled.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF MY ORDER IS CANCELED?

If your order is canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and your order will be refunded the same day. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO AVOID ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

Verify that your billing address, CVV, and billing ZIP code are correctly entered to avoid order cancellations when using platforms like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Affirm.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

We are responsible for your purchased items when they are at our store. Once your shipment leaves our store, the security of the items is no longer our responsibility. If you are having issues receiving your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping provider.

We advise selecting insurance to safeguard against loss or damage during shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, and we will not refund the purchaser for such items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WIN THE RAFFLE BUT CAN'T PICK UP MY SHOES?

If you are unable to pick up your raffle win on the pick-up day, you forfeit your raffle win. Please email kcdcskateshop@gmail.com to notify us to avoid being banned from future raffles.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE NIKE SB DUNK?

Customers are allowed to purchase one shoe per color-way of Nike SB Dunks. Multiple orders placed under the same name within a 24-hour timeframe are subject to cancellation.
