Returns: You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@kcdcskateshop.com. You will receive a return label and instructions once approved. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Once the return is received and approved, you can expect to receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. - Exchanges: We typically do not offer exchanges on online orders. To exchange, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
- Damages: Inspect your order immediately. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or replacement.
Return Shipments

How to Return Your Order

Package your item carefully, ensuring it’s in the same condition in which you received it. Include any original packaging, tags, and accessories.
4. Ship Your Return
Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location, or arrange a pickup if available.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and verify that it’s in good condition, we will process your refund. The full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
