Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
You may return unused, full-priced items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
To start a return, please contact us at info@kcdcskateshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days so we can make it right.
How to Return Your Order

Email us at info@kcdcskateshop.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. -
Receive Your Return Label
Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print and attach it securely to your return package.

Prepare Your Item
Pack the item carefully with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Ensure it is unused and in sellable condition. -
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at the appropriate shipping carrier, or schedule a pickup if available in your area. -
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for the funds to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please reach out to us at info@kcdcskateshop.com.
