We work hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. With that said, orders do not get shipped out on a daily basis. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed, packed, and sent out by our shipping team.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office or UPS delivery warehouse. After that, it is out of our control. We recommend that you select shipping with insurance. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy the insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot provide a refund.
Sale items, assembled skateboards, items removed from their plastic packaging, shoes without the original shoe box, gift cards, and Nike SB QS limited items are considered final sale.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase w/ receipt.
Refunds
Curbside Pickup Orders: Once an item that was purchased for curbside pickup leaves our store, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Curbside pickup orders are only eligible for exchange or refund to a KCDC Gift Card.
Shipped Orders:
We will inform you as soon as we have received and examined your return. At that point, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It's important to keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company might also require some time. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you haven't received the refund, please get in touch with us at kcdchelp@gmail.com.
